Job Overview:
Working as a Senior Member of the delivery team for our clients in Kenya, the candidate would be responsible for end to end project deliverables and solution framework design. The position would require working onsite / offsite across varied short term / long term analytics driven projects, based out of Kenya
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and execute end to end deliverables related to analytical projects in the field of Customer Relationship Management for telecommunication clientsEstablish and enhance relationship with customers/clientsIdentify and documenting the Project Scope and Business RequirementsIdentify and analyze the gaps in the current business processes and propose solution frameworkLiaise with the business units to outline the data requirements and validation proceduresParticipate in the preparation and review of the business data modelLeading the project team in implementationParticipating in demonstrations of system capabilities to various business teams through prototypes etc.Preparation of user procedures and user acceptance testing scenariosStrong analytical background with experience in CRM (telecom industry preferred)Strong verbal & written communication skillsPleasant Personality & Ability to engage well with clientsExposure of integrating applications in a complex and diverse systems environmentExperience in Telecom/ AnalyticsExperience of working in the data integration projectsBasic knowledge of technology, third party products and their applicationFirm background in data analysis and strategy designGraduation in Commerce/Economics + M.C.A. or MBA (Finance) preferredTo apply for this position send your CV to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting the position in the subject line.
