Responsibilities
Will include, but not limited to:
Receive incoming calls and correspondenceGeneral office administration including filing of mail and documentsAssist in the coordination of logistics for movement of goods to customersFollow up on accounts receivable as instructedCompile sales, manufacturing and operations data and other information needed for management reportsSet up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitorsDiploma in Business Administration or related field of study with at least two years experience in a similar roleExperience in basic accounting will be an added advantageExcellent interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communicationFluent in English and KiswahiliEmail CV with 3 referees to: hrkenya@theparadigmproject.org
