The company now wishes to recruit a Business Development Manager to grow their business in the Rwanda market.

Based in Kigali and effectively managing the Rwanda country office, the selected candidate will be responsible for growing substantially the business done through agents, distributors and branded retail outlets.
In addition, he/she will be expected to identify, appoint and train new agents, distributors and retailers; develop and implement appropriate countrywide marketing strategies and budgets; ensuring that business targets and profits are achieved.
We are interested in University graduates who were preferably tutored abroad in internationally recognized universities.
They should have over seven years experience in the management of a sales and marketing department and international working experience is highly desirable.
Excellent sales, marketing, communication and negotiation skills, a high degree of self confidence, the proven ability to work independently and not only achieve but also surpass business targets, will be key determining factors.
