1. General Manager, Sales (Kenya)

Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will have the overall responsibility of managing the sales function in order to deliver business objectives in the Kenyan market.

Key Responsibilities will include:-

Formulating and leading in the implementation of sales channel development strategyIdentifying new trade opportunities for development with a view to increasing volumes and market shareAnalysing and interpreting market trends and recommending appropriate strategiesSales forecasting and development of appropriate processes and toolsLeading in the setting, implementation, monitoring and management of sales targetsReviewing and implementing functional policies, processes, procedures and programmesDeveloping and managing trade channels and ensuring adherence to agreed terms of tradeEnsuring and monitoring customer satisfactionDeveloping, training, motivating and evaluating the sales teamIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in customer managementAchievement of sales targetsGrowth and market shareImplementation and management of Trading TermsKnowledge, Skills, Competencies and experience
Bachelors’ Degree (A post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage)Channel Strategy development, management and executionFormulating, implementing and monitoring Sales strategy and plansProven track record in executing sales plansSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least ten years’ experience in senior Management positions in Sales & Marketing functions in a dynamic market environment2) Management Accountant

Reporting to the General Manager, Finance, the job holder will be responsible for managing business information for optimal decision making for profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:-

Creating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures around the creation of monthly forecasts;Reviewing and monitoring product profitability trends and variance analysisCarrying out price modelling and product life cycle analysis and providing relevant management information for new product developmentMonitoring performance against budgets and ensuring that the budgetary controls are in line with business objectivesMonitoring of business performance against set targets and recommending appropriate actionsCarrying out cost / benefit analysis of projects and other investments decisionsContributing to medium and long-term business planning and assessing impact of key strategic decisionsKnowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting or Bachelor of Business AdministrationAccounting qualification - CPA (K) or ACCA or CIMASound knowledge of Product costingInternal controls and risk managementInvestment/Project appraisalA detail conscious individual with strong analytical skillsProficiency in ERP applications (Experience in SAP will be an added advantage)A team player with excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skillsAt least 8 years working experience in a manufacturing concern3) Mechanical Engineers

We are seeking to fill the following Mechanical Engineering positions:-

I) Projects Engineer

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the job holder will be responsible for the implementation of capital projects and factory improvement programmes.

Among Others, Key Responsibilities will be;-

Leading in the implementation of capital projects from design, scheduling, procurement, construction, installation,commissioning and documentation.Participating in capital planning programsCoordinating capital proposals preparation and project appraisalsTimely implementation of Capital ProjectsDelivery within project budget and specificationII) Technical Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Job holder will be responsible for developing new products and process specifications while improving existing products.

Among Others, Key Responsibilities will be:-

Developing product and process specificationDeveloping critical production controls and managing product qualityTraining production Staff on technical specificationsNew Product Designs and development Production Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized universityAdvanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProject Appraisal , implementation and Management skillsExpertise in Product process and packagingProficiency in Auto CAD will be an added advantageA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable roles in a manufacturing concernBe Registered Engineers or eligible for registrationTimely implementation of capital projectsDelivery of projects at cost and specification4) SAP Business Analyst

The main purpose of this role is to ensure optimum utilization of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to support business objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, key responsibilities will include:-

Carrying out reviews on SAP utilization and recommending customization based on business requirementsRecommending and ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures relating to SAPAdministering SAP installations, training users and resolution of system related issuesReviewing and creating training and User manuals for various SAP modulesOptimization of SAP capabilitiesUser training and enhanced capacity buildingKnowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in ICT / Bcs. Computer Engineering or related field from a recognized InstitutionWorking knowledge in one or more of the following SAP Modules FICO, MM, SD and PP for a minimum period of two yearsHaving participated in SAP implementation will be an added advantageGood training and coaching skillsA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsInterested candidates should forward their applications and detailed CV’s via the following address.
