Stocks Controller, Accountant And Drivers Jobs Kenya

Stocks Controller
Qualifications
* Aged between 30 and 35 years
* Graduate who holds Bachelor of Commerce degree (accounting option) with at least CPA part 2
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a busy accounting environment preferably in stocks management
* High degree of proficiency in computer applications for accounting. Those with working knowledge of TALLY system will have an added advantage.
* Must be able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
* A person of integrity
* A strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong working relations with colleagues

Responsibilities
The stock controller will be in charge of proper recording and reconciliation of all stocks in Nairobi and co-ordinating information and records of stocks from branches.

Accountant
Desired candidate profile
Candidates should be comfortable in:
* Payment collection and regular follow up
* Knowledge of general accounting and taxation part
* Understanding of periodical account reconciliation with balance confirmation.
* Should have good communication / PR skills
* High degree of proficiency in computer applications for accounting. Those with working knowledge of TALLY system will have an added advantage.
* Knowledge of Store/warehouse activities

Responsible for:
* Credit Control
* Periodical credit review and setting limits in days and value
* Debtors outstanding and age analysis
* Collection follow up with sales personnel, dealer, distributor, project and customer.
* Correspondence with customers and with the head office
* For store stock counters

Qualifications:
* CPA level 2 and above or undergoing level 3 papers
* Minimum 5 years experience in a reputable company

Commercial Truck Drivers
* BCE class of driving license
* Valid Accident Free driving License
* Experience of 5 years and above.
* Certificate of Good Conduct
