Business Development Manager Kenya Jobs.

Our client, a multinational organization with operations in East
Africa is looking for talent to fill the position of Business
Development Manager-Tanzania.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER-TANZANIA
Reporting to the Country Manager, Tanzania the position holder will
be required to identify and secure new logistics business and
growth in Tanzania and cross border.

Main Responsibilities:
· Marketing of logistics business’ solutions to existing and
potential Clients.
· Carry out New-Client-Needs Analysis and logistics solutions
options provision.
· Ensure effective communication processes are established and
maintained for internal and external customers.
· Identify opportunities for application of service solutions and
technology during and after the sale process.
· Drive Proposals and Tender responses, Projects and support
full start up and roll out.
· Bring innovation and support to management in all current
and new contracts as required.
· Identify profitable new key clients both directly and through
Company contacts.
· First Choice, including process improvement and quality
assurance, initiatives and any other projects required.
· Selling of operational solution & commercial case to Client &
relevant Business Units & Project Management through to roll
out.

Qualifications:
A University Degree in Sales &/or Marketing from a recognized university.
Experience required:
ü A minimum of 4 years experience in a business management
experience in a multinational company
ü Planning and Forecasting Skills
ü People Management & Communication skills
ü Computer Skills
ü Work-Load Planning
ü Customer Liaison Skills
ü Team Management Skills
