Claims Administrator. Resolution Health Jobs.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Claims Administrator will ensure that submitted claims
are accurately processed into the system for payment in adherence with the company’s policy and procedures.

Key Outputs
1.Receive claims and vet them to ensure they meet company requirements;
2.Return incomplete or incorrect bills for correction;
3.Enter all claims data accurately into MIS for processing;
4.Submit claims for approval;
5.Respond to service providers queries for clarification of issues;
6.Monitor and report when requested, the status of corporate member accounts for management use;
7.Prepare and submit reports as requested for analysis and decision making;

Qualifications/Experience /Personal Attributes
Degree/Diploma in a Business field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent skills in Excel
3 years working experience in a related position in an insurance company
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
