A company with own recruiting presence on the web, seeks to recruit a Marketing Executive cum Web Administrator on an initial monthly allowance of Kshs 5,000 plus commission, with option of working from own home with regular field visits to recruit candidates for placement on a website at a fee.
Must have access to a computer and capable of taking photos of candidates i.e via mobile phone for up loading on the website. Initially starting with Nairobi;
* set ups and maintains a web based database of jobs and job seekers in a consistent format
* Assist job-seekers fill on line job forms for specific domestic and office entry level positions
* Posts & Manages Jobs on the website. Keep them fresh 24×7
* Markets and exposes star candidates to employers on website
* Develops leads from notice boards, institutions, trades via telephone, e-mail, blogging or visits to potential candidates’ sites and employers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
* developing and growing the popularity and traffic to the websites
* Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates
* Submits reports; provides weekly activity/call reports, lost sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
* Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, etc.,
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate is a savvy web user with qualification in sales and/or marketing (or equivalent work experience). Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.
