Real People is a growing Multinational Company in Africa dealing with
Micro Enterprise Finance. In Kenya we are specializing in offering
Business Finance solutions through lending to Micro Enterprises and
Groups. We are seeking 24 self motivated, passionate, energetic
and qualified individuals to fill positions in Eldoret, Kisumu, Nairobi,
Mombasa and Meru.

1. JOB TITLE: LOAN OFFICER – MEF (Nairobi, Eldoret,
Kisumu and Mombasa)

2. JOB TITLE: LOAN OFFICER GROUP LENDING (Meru)
JOB PURPOSE
To increase our client base and grow our company portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Solicit new customers/ clients and sell loan products to new
customers
• Appraise new credit applications and recommend for loan
disbursement worthiness
• Monitor, review and report loan performances for existing customers
and actions
• Compile reports related to own functions for management use
• Manage risk and credit exposures against the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Commercial studies or a recognized
professional certification relevant to this role/field. (a must)
• 3 year working experience in a micro finance institution/banking
dealing with business or group lending. (a must)

3. JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER (Kisumu) (1 post)
JOB PURPOSE
To drive the human resource to grow and maintain a healthy portfolio, in
aggression and motivation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Operational Efficiencies: Implement control measures, procedures
and reports
• Finance overview of the accounting side of the branches: Analyze
Financial Statements
• Governance and Compliances Resolutions: ensuring that all external
actions are authorized by resolution of relevant company board
• Human Resources: driver of performance management of the
branch staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Commercial studies. (a must)
• 7 year working experience in a micro financing institution/
banking dealing with business or group lending of which 3 are in
management. (a must)
