Sales Marketing Manager Jobs Kenya.

Vacancy: Sales and Marketing Manager (Based in Suba District, Nyanza Province)
Our client, a leading organization in environmental conservation and poverty reduction is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager reporting to the General Manager. The main responsibility for this role is to increase sales volume and maximize market share.

The Primary Duties of this role will include:
* Heading the sales and marketing department.
* Setting of targets and making sure that they are met within the budgeted profit margins.
* Identifying new regions that the company’s products can be introduced.
* Making sure that the company products are distributed in relevant stores.
* Monitoring product performance in the market.
* Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity, providing market information and intelligence.
* Ensuring that a clean debtor’s ledger is maintained.
* Protecting, developing and growing the existing client base through continuous relationship building and customer services programmes.
* Enhancing customer satisfaction by making sure that customers are satisfied with the service offered to them.
* Documenting, reporting and discussing execution of plans, sales and margin analysis and overall productivity with the Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position is a very hands-on role, requiring a highly motivated, independent, strong, and assertive Sales and Marketing Executive who has an outstanding record of sales and marketing achievement and who will hit the ground running. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated by job satisfaction and the desire to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will be aged between 30 and 35 years and have over 3 years’ front line sales experience.

The successful candidate will be a degree or higher national diploma holder in Sales and Marketing with an in depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry. He/she will have good working knowledge of all manufacturing sales policies (cash, credit, instalments) and demonstrate knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to accurately meet customers’ needs.

The successful candidate will be highly numerate, computer literate, have excellent communication and reporting skills and possess a clean driver’s license.

Remuneration: the package offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
