The incumbent is expected to manage and effectively administer Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Certificate Programme for Women Entrepreneurs at USIU Centre for Executive and Entrepreneurial Development (CEED) to meet the programme goals.
The Programme is sponsored by Goldman Sachs and Goldman Sachs Foundation.
The 10000 Women Program Administrator will work under the supervision of the Director CEED in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the 10000 Women Certificate Programme for Women Entrepreneurs.
The position is on a one year contract, renewable on successful performance.
Key Responsibilities
First and second degrees (preferably an MBA) or equivalent from a recognized institutionMinimum 5 years working experience in a busy office preferably in an academic institution.Be computer literate — PowerPoint, spread sheets word processing, front page and desktop publishingBe Self driven, have a positive outlook and have pleasant personalityWork well under pressure, be willing to work long hours without supervision, including weekend as well as out of duty station.Have good negotiation, research and analytical skills.Possess excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player.If you meet the above criteria, please send your resume and a covering letter to the undersigned on or before January 24, 2011.
