Brand Manager - Africa

an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant international consumer products company which specializes in the design, manufacturing, sales and distribution of affordable lighting solutions aiming to transform living standards across priority markets in Africa.

Working closely with the sales and distribution partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective, integrated brand communication plans, route-to-market and channel strategies taking into account each market's specific issues including competition, pricing, media channels etc.

He/she will be expected to achieve short and long-term business goals, including brand health in each market in the region,

We invite applications from-Kenya citizens who have at least 3 years brand building experience acquired in the fast moving consumer goods sector.

Applicants should also:-

Hold a university degree from recognized university;Have excellent understanding of consumers, shoppers and retailers;Be highly numerate with proven ability to monitor performance and take appropriate action;Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;Have the flexibility to travel in the region.Since our client is a young, dynamic and fast expanding company, there are excellent prospects for further career development in Africa and beyond.
