Main duties to include:
Maintain high standards of service and customer care in the restaurants
Plan working schedule for waiters
Ensure stock taking and maintenance of restaurant equipment
Supervise and ensure proper billing is completed
Banqueting Sales and Marketing Representative
Main duties to include:
Undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to obtaining outside catering functionsResponsible for bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals, quotations and contractsSupervise food and beverage service at outside catering functionsFood and Beverage management certificate from a recognised InstitutionStrong leadership and communication skillsMinimum 3 years experience in a similar positionApplications with detailed CV indicating present and expected salary, copies of certificates, three names of referees and telephone number to be hand delivered or emailed to the following address by 15th June 2011:
