Insurance Brokerage General Manager Job in Kenya

A recently established insurance brokerage company is seeking to recruit a General Manager who shall be responsible for the general control, direction and operation of the company.

Since this position entails a shareholding offer as a Director of the company, the board is interested in discussing the position with highly entrepreneurial persons meeting the following minimum qualifications.

Academic Qualifications

University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce/ Business Administration.Professional insurance qualification i.e. ACII or equivalentTechnical Competencies and Experience Requirements
Extent of professional experience in business management, with a particular emphasis on insurance and related areasAbility in working in teams within a multi-disciplinary environment;Experience with networking and business development activities,Relevance and quality of work experienceRelevance of insurance market analytical skills and knowledge of insurance concepts and principles;Leadership, networking and coordination skills;Fluent in spoken and written EnglishGood presentation and communication skills.Please send your application to
