Legal Counsel
Reporting to the East Africa Cluster Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing Legal support to the Shell Companies in Kenya, Tanzania and any other countries as assigned by the Head of Legal.
Key Performance areas for the role:
Law Degree with professional legal qualifications and a minimum of 3 years post admission experience.Experience in Oil Marketing sector will be an added advantage.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to work with no supervision.Ability to be a good team player.Good communication skills.Ability to grasp legal issues in foreign jurisdictions.Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.Retail Maintenance Engineer
Reporting to the Cluster Network Manager, the Retail Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of an engineering program in the country ensuring compliance with streamlined processes.
