Plumber Jobs In Kenya.

Our client a firm offering construction services is looking forward to hiring a plumber.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

He should be able to deliver in the following areas
• Identifying the required tools and equipment.
• Select the type and size of pipes required.
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Test pipes systems and fixtures for leaks.
2. Maintaining all building codes, installation requirements and relevant Regulations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and service on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Apply all codes of installation and repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all requirements repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned supported and graded.
• Ensure all installations, repairs and maintance meet the requirements of the appropriate code and environmental protection requirement.
• Prepare plumbing budget and order of supplies.

Requirements,
1. A Certificate/Diploma in plumbing or related course from a recognized institution.
2. Proficient knowledge in water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
3. Knowledge in the relevant building codes and regulations, procedures and maintenance,
4. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings.
5. More than three years of experience in the field.
