Sales Marketing Manager Recruitment In Kenya.

Our client is a leading professional cleaning and allied services company in the Kenyan hospitality industry. They seek to recruit a focused, self driven professional of high integrity in the Sales and Marketing Department. This is meant to build capacity as a result of their expanding business to all the corners of our country.

Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Report to: Group Chief Executive Officer

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized institution
2. A minimum of 5 years in direct selling of fast moving consumer goods or 3 years in service industry.
3. Credible experience in marketing strategy formulation and execution
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Good leadership skills
7. High integrity
8. Member of a professional body
9. Having some exposure in the cleaning industry or hospitality industry is an added advantage
