Assistant Manager, Communications
The Position
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Bank Communication department in the area of documentary content production, video shooting, editing, scripting and other related roles as shall be assigned.
Candidate’s Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
A degree or Higher diploma in mass communication with emphasis on videography and productionProfessional training in communication, public relations and video productionOver 3 year experience relevant experience in the production of documentaries, photography in a media organization or in a communication function in an established organizationThorough knowledge in scripting for audio and visual production, communication, and public relationsKnowledge and experience in content production for online digital broadcasting will be an added advantageVideo shooting and editingScripting for documentariesPhotography and maintaining a photo libraryEvent management, e.g. media related road-showsWeb based digital content developmentSkills in video recording and productionAbility to script stories for video and print productionWeb content development skillsAbility to record, edit and produce audio visual content using advanced editing softwaresExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenPositive attitude, humble and flexibleAbility to work under pressure, including frequent field travels across the country within tight deadlines and with minimal supervisionExcellent organization & planning skillsTeam playerWorking knowledge of computersIf you meet the above requirements, submit your application quoting the job you are applying for to the email address below by 26th September 2011.
