Country Manager
Location: Uganda
Our client, a leading FMCG Company focusing on personal care products is looking for a Country Manager to drive market share growth in Uganda.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate’s key role will be leading and Managing the achievement of sales targets in the export markets – Uganda and achieve the company growth projections through excellent sales execution and outstanding customer service in line with business objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing and monitoring distribution networks in order to achieve the corporate strategic objectives in the respective country.Undertaking management and implementation of the direct export sales strategy in respective marketsPreparing and Managing a demand driven sales forecast and other resource requirements for the direct export markets Monitoring, analysing and reporting of sales performances and taking appropriate action Leading and Managing sales processes in line with the international trade regulations and practice within the approved ICPL terms of tradeIdentifying and developing export opportunities to deliver increased volumes and market share Leading, Monitoring and researching export market trends analysis for appropriate decision making and actionsManaging customer supply chain interface Managing financial and other resources including company assets within company policy and guidelinesImplementation of brand building and marketing activitiesDetermining and coordinating of export sales reporting and communication requirementsDeveloping, training, motivating and evaluating distributors and agents to achieve highest levels of performanceIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking best practice in exports customer service and retention managementBachelor of Commerce/Marketing or any business related coursePost-Graduation qualification desirable Outstanding business Acumen/Enterprise Outstanding industry understanding, specifically (FMCG)Knowledge of export marketsOutstanding negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skillsCultural awareness Fluency in Swahili, French, Arabic and Portuguese is an added advantageTo apply, download an Application Form from this link and send it along with your CV to recruit@flexi-personnel.com by Friday 16th September 2011 clearly indicating the position you are applying for and minimum salary expectation on the subject line.
