We are seeking to recruit an experienced and self- motivated individual to the position of Human Resource Manager — HR Department.

The Human Resource Manager will report to the Group Human Resource Director. He/she will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of HR policies and programs.

We are looking for a person who is a HR generalist with at least 5 years experience in a busy commercial environment.

Key result areas will include:

HR Business Partner for key divisions within the GroupSourcing and placement of high caliber talent in line with business needsPerformance management and employee productivity monitoring;Change management while ensuring staff in respective divisions are aligned to NMG cultureEmployee relations, compensation and benefits administration of assigned divisions;Supporting team development initiatives within the GroupStaff development and talent management programmes to drive talent retentionSkills, knowledge and experience requirement:
A University degree in HR, Humanities or relevant field and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or an equivalent; an MBA will be an added advantageOver 5 years experience as HR Manager, interacting at senior levelExperience in talent management, executing strategies, commercial acumen and excellent people management skillsAn understanding of the global trends in managing employee contribution and HR practices; andExcellent interpersonal skills, drive for results and a “can do attitude’
