1. Manager, Brand and Communications

Job Purpose

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Regional Sales, the job holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of Brand plans and programs to achieve the Company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities will include:-

Developing and implementing annual brand plans to achieve set objectivesDeveloping brand activities that will build brand equity through ensuring visibility, brand awareness and brand loyaltyPreparation and management of the brand support budget in line with the brand plansLiaising with the advertising agencies to develop brand advertising/communication materials for market activationDeveloping, executing and monitoring product launches/re-launch and promotion plansDeveloping and executing corporate brand communication /PR/CSR plansIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking for best practices in brand managementKnowledge, Skills, Competencies and experience
Bachelors’ Degree in a Business related field. (A post-graduate qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage)Consumer understandingBrand equity management and market intelligenceProven track record in executing brand and media communicationsNew product project management skillsSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least five years’ experience in a busy brand/marketing function of a medium to large size organizationStrong in conceptual thinking that connects consumers to a brand2) Manager, Financial Accounting

Job purpose

Reporting to the General Manager, Finance, the job holder will be responsible for implementing accounting and internal controls related to Financial Accounting and Coordinate expenditure and statutory financial reporting activities.

Among others, key responsibilities will be:-

Leading in the preparation of individual Company financial statements and consolidationEnsuring efficient management of working capitalSupervising the preparation of journal entries and maintaining the operational integrity of the accounting information system Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and standards (IFRS) and (IAS)Maintaining accounting and internal control proceduresCoordinating treasury, tax planning and compliance in line with regulatory requirementsPreparation and monitoring operational budgetsCoordinating periodic and statutory auditsKnowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
The successful candidate should be a fully qualified accountant (CPA (K), / ACCA or equivalent) and be a member of ICPAK.Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration. A Masters’ Degree or MBA will be an added advantageGood working knowledge of leading ERP systems (Advertiser using SAP EC6 ERP)Sound knowledge in internal controls, treasury, risk, tax and management reportingHands-on experience in a senior accounting position for at least four (4) yearsSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills3) Manager, Training & Development

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the job holder will be responsible for the implementation of learning and development plans and activities to achieve the Company’s goals.

Among others, key responsibilities will be:-

Developing and implementing learning and development programsReviewing skills and competencies inventory to ensure current and future organizational talent pool and capabilities are aligned to business objectivesCarrying out training needs analysis and managing delivery of training and development plansReviewing and recommending internal and external learning and development initiatives in line with business objectivesManaging the talent flow by leading recruitment, career management and succession planning in line with company goals and objectivesImplementing and monitoring the performance evaluation framework and periodical reviewsReviewing and updating position profiles and ensure alignment to organizational needsKnowledge, skills, competencies and experience
Bachelors’ Degree plus a post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management / Degree in Human Resources ManagementSound knowledge in organizational development and performance management programsSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least 5 years working experience in comparable role in a busy HR departmentInterested candidates should forward their applications and detailed CV’s to the following address:
