TBM Thika Sales Executive Job in Kenya

General Purpose

To plan and carry out all computer and related accessories sales activities on company products and services in Thika County and its environs.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sourcing and developing client referrals and generating and qualifying leads.Preparing sales action plans and strategies and scheduling sales activities.Developing and maintaining a customer database. Planning and conducting direct marketing activities. Developing and making presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Developing sales proposals and negotiating with clients. Maintaining sales activity records and preparing sales reports. Responding to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.Performing quality checks on product and service delivery. Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and follow up for management. Conducting market research and surveys. Monitoring competitors, market conditions and product development.Degree in a Business related field and knowledge of relevant computer applications.Knowledge of sales and customer service principles Two years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in making presentations Proven ability to achieve sales targetsGood planning and strategizing skillsShould have good negotiation skills.Should have good verbal and written communication skillsShould be goal drivenInterested and suitably qualified individuals should forward their applications, enclosing copies of their academic and professional certificates, detailed CV indicating work experience, daytime contacts and addresses of 3 professionally relevant referees to hr@tbm.co.ke by Wednesday, 28th September 2011.
