Our Client has been in business since 1996 as a low cost health care provider targeting,
primarily, the middle class. As a ‘One Stop’ heath care provider, they offer
comprehensive medical services encompassing consultation, pharmacies, laboratories
and radiology units and now in-patient services.
It currently has ten healthcare facilities located in different parts of the city. Due to business expansion, they need to have a dedicated human resources manager in order to drive the human resource strategy and
managing the human resource department.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a human resource strategy that is focused on assisting
the business to meet its objective.
•Liaise with line managers to understand their business strategy and workforce
requirements and develop HR /people plans accordingly
•Manage the performance management system and ensure its effective
execution through the line manager.
•Oversee the entire administration of the entire organization
•Coordination of the process of employment, including sourcing suitable
candidates for organization, recruiting and running induction for newly recruited
staff into the organization.
•Manage the staff training and development function including training needs
analysis, developing appropriate training interventions, maintaining a current skills
inventory, managing staff career development and succession planning.
•Ensure efficient and effective human resource administration services including
development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
•Management of confidential and employee records, effective leave, benefits
and payroll administration
•Develop appropriate Human Resources Policies and implement the same
•Implement the Human Resources Management Information System
The Ideal Candidate should have;
•A degree in a human resource management from a recognized university, or
social and business related degree with a postgraduate qualification in human
resources management.
•A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a large dynamic
organization
•A thorough understanding of HR functions and processes and broad generalist
experience.
•A good understanding of employment law
•A good grasp of working of HRMIS is a must
