Managing Director – Kisii Bottlers

The Job

• To provide strategic and tactical leadership in all facets of production and management
• To supply and service customers in a timely fashion with high quality products
• To ensure that all facets of production are managed efficiently and cost effectively
• To continuously improve profitability by meeting business performance standards
• To utilize strategic relationships and provide strategic direction for profitable volume growth
• To maintain accountability for safety and optimal performance across the Company
• To build and strengthen business relationships with stake holders

The Candidate

• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing environments
• At least 10 years Senior Management experience in FMCG including production planning and management
• Evidence of successful management and implementation of innovative projects within commercial environments
• Excellent project management skills with proven experience of delivering results within constantly changing parameters
• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in any of the following areas Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Management. Possession of a Masters Degree from a recognized University will be an added advantage.
• Ability to forge and leverage strategic collaborative relationships
• Characteristics of strong principled leadership, integrity, credibility and personal presence
