Position: Site Administrator
Requirements: B. Com or Higher Diploma in a Business related field
Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in a construction company


Position: Concrete Foreman
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in concrete works in a reputed road construction company. Knowledge of all types of concrete works required.


Position: Earthworks Foreman
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in earthworks in a reputed road construction company. Demonstrate ability to independently manage earthworks including stabilization.


Position: Bituminous Works Foreman
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in surface dressing and asphalt work in a reputed road construction company. Demonstrate ability to handle bituminous work independently.


Position: Site Engineer
Requirements: B Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 to 10 years experience. Should be well versed with road specification and thorough knowledge in mechanized road construction.


Position: Site Agent
Requirements: B Sc in Civil Engineering, Registration with the Engineers Registration Board is mandatory.
Experience: 12 to 15 years experience in a reputed road construction company. Excellent client/consultant management skills required. Ability to manage large value road project with minimal supervision should be demonstrated. Should posses Project Management and Contract Management skills.


Position: Human Resource Manager
Requirements: Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience: 10 to15 years experience in a reputed company. Ability to manage a large workforce is mandatory.
