Our client, a large international organisation, providing very high level and unique security services has a vacancy for a highly efficient, extremely presentable, very eloquent and organized Operations Administrator.
Reporting to: Manager - Kenya Operations
Job Scope:
To manage the Kenya office and ensure all operations run smoothly, working closely as the Manager?s right-hand person.
Key Responsibilities
? Execute and handle admin letters, emails and correspondence
? Client service, PR and relations - High end clientele
? Coordinate the admin side of all projects - paperwork, payments, delivery of equipment on site, etc.
? Project site visitation to review client?s satisfaction, do PR and resolve any admin complaints.
? Coordinate transport logistics and allocating vehicles and drivers to technical staff.
? Follow up incoming shipments and their documentation, with clearing agents until their arrival, supervising their counting, storage and dispatch to various sites
? Supervise junior office staff and handle any conflicts or issues.
? Identify and purchase tender documents, working closely with the Manager - Kenya Operations. Printing, indexing, binding and submitting tenders once ready. Attending tender opening.
? Manage a petty cash float.
? Other admin and operation functions connected with running the office.
Qualification:
? Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment and position. (Experience in a security services environment will be an added advantage)
? Degree/Diploma in Administration or a relevant field.

? Attention to detail/Super efficient/Able to work under pressure
? Excellent people and communication skills/Good sense of humor and lively but mature.
? Tactful, diplomatic, discreet and patient.
? Very Presentable and well groomed.
