Position. ICT Support Specialist. Relevant Experience. 2 Years
Experience:Practical experience of ICT hardware and operating systems
A knowledge of both general and specific ICT systems as relating to office
environments
Certifications. Preference will be given to Candidates with Professional Certifications;
Microsoft, CICSO or COMPTIA
Diploma Holders with any of the above certifications are encouraged to
apply. Confident administrator of common desktop application software
Confident administrator of common hardware and operating systems
Confident in supporting end users both on site and with prescribed remote protocols
Ability to deliver quality service whilst under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently both verbally and in writing
Ability to deal with confidential information and an understanding of data protection
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Analytical, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Personal Qualities & Attributes:Enthusiastic and committed to the aims of the Company
A conscientious and flexible approach to work
Be willing to undertake relevant training as required
