of the Group and protection of the organization’s financial assets. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversees all financial management functions including those necessary for auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, capital asset and payroll.
Handles all aspects of human resource management.
Interacts with other personnel and organizations, such as Financial Institutions, Strategic Partners, Stakeholders, Contractors, Clients, Suppliers, and Governing Bodies etc.
Responsible for varied contracts management including negotiations, research, agreement terms that reflect the best interest of Group,
Assists in development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for Group’s operations. .
Works closely with all subsidiaries and their staff members to ensure they are provided with appropriate support systems and responsive, quality service.
Analyzes and evaluates vendor services These core competencies represent effective administration.
Management: Maintains effective systems of managing and implement internal controls to encompass all operational, accounts and development activities of the organization.
Job Knowledge: Understands the technical aspects of managing a multi facet organization and continuously works to promote the Group and achieve its goals.
Initiative in fulfilling the goals of the organization: The executive director recognizes and brings to the attention of the CEO issues that affect the organization, and implements plans to reach organizational goals as determined by the board of directors.
Communication: Communicates effectively with multiple audiences.Dependability: Seeks increased responsibility while remaining conscientious with respect to achieving the organization’s goals. Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to insure that the Director will be effective and persuasive in presenting the Group’s.Successful candidates will have strong organizational, administrative, and financial management skills.
Advanced level education in Business Management, Finance or Organizational Development.
Accounting or Legal knowledge is desirable.
At least 10 years experience at senior level management.
