Summary
Our client specializes in Brand Strategy, Brand Innovation, Brand Identity and Brand Alignment. The candidate will be managing a team of very strong accountants and needs to have a wealth of experience in regards to financial management.
They will be expected to look at the bigger picture and advice the board where necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages the emails and calendar;Internal and External meetings Coordination Coordinate CEO/Director diary and office logisticsCoordinate & Attend CEO/Director meetings Business Development Support Research Presentations preparationReceives and screens telephone calls and visitors; Receives, reviews, organizes and distributes mail; Maintains appropriate electronic and physical records , files and documents; Responds to general enquiries on behalf of the CEO; Prepares minutes, notices, agendas and correspondence with all supporting documentation; Plans, arranges and communicates conferences, meetings or special events for the CEO; Arranges necessary travel reservations and itineraries; Implements new instructions, procedures and practices impacted by decisions as instructed; Prepares documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO; Act as point of contact;Any other duties as delegated. A degree in the relevant field At least 3 years experience in the same field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidentiality; Excellent interpersonal skills; Keen attention to detail and a highly flexible disposition; Excellent computer skills;How to Apply
