We seek to recruit a suitable candidate who is goal-oriented, self-motivated and a team player to fill the position of a Training Coordinator.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and sourcing new clientsProposal writing and tenderingIdentifying training needs of clients and designing most effective training programsDevelopment of training programs to meet specific training needsKeep current on training design and methodology.Develop training aids and map out training plansHandle logistics for training activities including venues, equipment and general office administrationManage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipmentOverall coordination of trainingCarrying out surveys and designing assessment tools to measure training and survey effectivenessReport writing and feedback on the training outcomesEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external consultantsManage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Minimum 3 years experience working with an HR & training consulting firm or in a busy service market oriented firmFirst degree in a business related fieldMBA will be an added advantageExperience in training/ instruction/facilitationRelevant computer skillsKnowledge of training methodologies.Planning and organizingCommunication skillsPresentation skillsTeam playerInterpersonal relations skillsProblem solving and decision makingInnovativeCreativeFacilitation skillsAbility to manage under pressureAdaptableData gathering and analysis.Submission of ApplicationsCandidates who meet the above specifications should submit their application via email info@tqt.co.ke with a detailed CV indicating three (3) names of referees and salary expectations, attaching copies of education and professional certificates to reach us on or before Friday 5th April 2013 addressed to:
