Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer
 

A. Background: Our Client, a leading Insurance Brokerage Firm seeks to fill the above two positions in the Sales and Marketing Department.

B. Position Brief: Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the GM in developing and rolling out a clear Marketing Strategy and leading the Sales and Marketing Team.

 

As a member of the Senior Marketing Team (SMT), the job holder will be expected to support the SMT in driving business, implementing the Strategic Plan and building a highly performing Insurance Brokerage.

C. Qualifications: Our client is looking for highly competent and self-driven Sales and Marketing Professionals with an established track record of achieving Sales Targets and crafting winning Sales and Marketing strategies / plans in a highly competitive environment. 

Emphasis will be laid on individual competence, passion for the job and potential for future growth rather than qualifications and experience.
 

I. Marketing Manager requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business field


• At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, 1 of which must be in leading a Sales Team.


• Experience in the  Insurance Industry will be an added advantage.

II. Marketing Officer requirements

• A Diploma in a Business Field


• At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing. 


• Experience in Insurance Industry will be an added advantage.

D. Remuneration
 

I. Marketing Manager: An indicative Salary of 80,000 plus team based sales commissions
 

II. Marketing Officer: An indicative Salary of 50,000 plus individual sales commissions
