Overall Responsibility:
* Supervise office staff and interface with all levels of management
* Prepare Business Correspondence for MD
Key areas of responsibility:
Overlook office staff & deals with all HR issues as follows:
* Administration of Leaves
* Filling all payroll records
* Receive, sort, and file monthly personnel action reports
* Statutory Deductions I.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and any others
* Salary Advances
* Staff Medical Insurance
* Staff Uniforms & IDs
* Assisting in Recruitment
* Staff welfare
Consults with
* All levels of management
* Accounts department
* Technical department
