Trainer Jobs Kenya. Salary 60K- 80K.

Our client is a training firm specializing in conducting trainings covering Customer Care, Records Management, Team Building and Strategic Planning for different organizations targeting both Senior Management and other staff.

We are looking to hire a trainer who fits the profile below.

You should be able to demonstrate professional integrity, self confidence and passion to create and deliver practical and outcome-based training in a multi-cultural setting strongly supportive of gender, diversity and equal opportunity.

An excellent good communicator, manager, facilitator and coach. We require trainers with top-level experience, knowledge and skills.

You should hold a Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a trainer. In addition you should be able to demonstrate clear evidence of up to date knowledge of global developments in training techniques, and in one of the technical areas.

Other Duties Include.

onduct needs analysisDesign, compile and update training material – gathering input from all relevant stakeholdersDesign assessments for training programsPrepare training facilities and deliver training programsDesign and manage on-line learning materials and assessmentsDeliver feedback to managers and supervisorsCompile and manage training schedule, administration and reportsEvaluate and assess trainingCoach delegatesDevelop a training plan for Operational projectsManage and implement projectsConduct Quality Assurance at the various touch pointsDevelop, maintain, manage and recommend training quality standardsSupport and maintain the training data baseProvide contingency support for Contact Center in times of crisis
