Chief Finance Officer Job in Nairobi Kenya (KShs 250K - 300K)

An exciting position has become available in the FMCG sector, for a fast growing organisation, based in Nairobi. This dynamic organisation seeks a Chief Finance Officer. The successful candidate MUST have FMCG experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing the finance policies of the company.Monitoring the budget on a day to day basis.Contribute to the development and execution of the company´s growth strategy.Ensuring proper financial and accounting controls.Advising on the mechanisms for fiduciary management companies.Identifying investment opportunities.Must have a CPA / ACCA with at least a degree in a relevant discipline.Having an MBA will be an added advantage.Must have at least 10 years of experience in financial management.Must have strong treasury and cash management background.Strong financial management and profit maximisation skills.Strong knowledge of financial compliance and governance requirements.Strong operational experience with a sound grounding in the financial considerations of manufacturing entities.Proven analytical skills.Presentation skills.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Work successfully under pressure.Excellent People Management and communication skills.Strong & Positive Leadership.Monthly gross salary: Ksh.250,000 - 300,000/= (Approx. 2,900 - 3,500 USD)depending on experience
