Consumer Goods Supplier Country Director Job in Nairobi Kenya (KShs 300K - 480K)

Our client a well-established Company that supplies Consumer Goods based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Country Director. The successful candidate will oversee, coordinate, implement, and manage strategic and operational programs including sales and personnel.
Lead the strategic planning process for the country program including sales campaigns and non-profit operations.Manages, coordinates and implements country programs.Responsible for all logistics for operations, production plan and program distributions.Carrying out the budgeting for the Country Operations. Must have 7 years management experience.Must have a proven track record in project and people management.Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or accounting.MBA or CPA will be an added advantage.Monthly gross salary: Ksh.300,000 -  480,000/= (Approx. 3,500 - 5,600 USD)depending on experience
