Our client is a Housing Co-operative Society that endeavors to address the
housing challenges by acquiring land at low negotiated prices and then pass on
the subsidized costs to its members with the aim of providing them with
accommodation and livelihood at a reasonable price.
They seek to hire an accounts &
admin Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
- To Maintain an up to date daily recording into
the accounts system - To be responsible for payment and issuance of
cheques - To keep book recordings and filling in proper
arrangement - To provide assistance to HR/ Admin Executive
- Petty cash management
- Preparing staff payroll and remit statutory
deductions to the relevant authorities - Calculating reimbursements, overtime and
commissions
Qualifications, Experience &
Personal Attributes
- Degree or Diploma preferably in Accounts or
any other related field - CPA Section 6
- Must have experience within
banking/financial/Sacco/Money market sector - At least TWO years relevant experience,
especially calculating commissions - HR Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and
external customers - Maintaining a Good corporate image
- Comprehensive weekly reporting to
management - Teamwork with sales team
