Automotive Distributor Business Development Executive Job in Kenya (160K)

A leading Automotive Distributor is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive. 

The successful candidates MUST provide after sales product and programme support to a team of three Product Development Managers and their after sales Dealer Network within the Kenyan market.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting branches / dealers activity on monthly basis.


• Reporting branches / dealers after sales business, turnover among others.


• Assist the Manager to plan and develop and monitor branches/dealers service.


• Conduct monthly branches / dealers visit or audit.


• Offer guidance and support for branches / dealers to maintain efficient service.


• Any other duties as assigned.


• Conduct market and competitor analysis of current after sales programmes.


• Support improvements and content of Dealer information.


• Management of Dealer and Customer After sales product and programme enquiries.


• Maintain and develop the suite of after sales product and programme POS.


• Dealer visits to support meetings relating to after sales products.


• Preparation of reports and updating of relevant systems as required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years plus working service area experience in automotive industry.


• Must have Degree/Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing in any field.


• Must have customer relation management experience.


• Ability to multitask.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Must have expertise in account strategy and planning in the NGO sector.


• Computer literate.


• Ability to work under minimum supervision.


• Excellent written and spoken English.

Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh.130,000 – 160,000/= Plus Commissions (Approx. 1,300 – 1,600 USD) depending on experience
