Customer Service Agent

Our client, a highly innovative telecom company, with the vision to enable affordable mass-market voice and data communications in developing countries is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer experience
- Working with a team of Customer Care Representatives to meet company targets
- Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device, and from their rate plan
- Escalate trouble tickets to relevant parties within the organization if they can’t be solved immediately
- Follow up on escalated tickets and provide timely feedback to the customer on progress and resolution
- Store merchandising, training of other individuals and operational tasks
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
Qualifications:
- Strong client service background
- Commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-confidence with ability to lead by example
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and enthusiasm for wireless technology
- Understanding of marketing and sales practices and how they impact the growth of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Smartphones and Tablets
