Responsibilities
* Pro-actively drive the recruitment and selection exercises including running assessment centres.
* Advice and update staff and managers on company policy, procedures and legislation.
* Participate in projects and provide administrative support to the Director in recruitment and other tasks as required.
* Prepare and submit assignment reports as required including recruitment reports, feedback reports, etc
* Provide detailed company information to potential clients and follow up on queries made by clients and job seekers on the Company’s services, the data bank and available vacancies.
* Advice and update clients on the status of their assignments.
* Co-ordinate client meetings and prepare proposals that address their needs. Ensure tender documents/requests are prepared and submitted on time

Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a relevant qualification from a reputable institution.
* A HND/OND in Human Resources Management (either completed or currently pursuing is added advantage).
* One year solid experience working in a busy and professionally run Human Resources department
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in Recruitment including running Assessment Centres, preparation of job descriptions, including preparation and placement of advertisements.
* Individuals with experience working for a reputable consultancy firm will have added advantage.
* Computer literate – MS Office, email, Internet etc
