Reporting to: Country Director
Overall Job Function:
The officer will assist the Country Director and Unit Directors in administrative and implementation aspects of the Program, particularly related to communication and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and document various periodical reports and publications
• Coordinate quarterly meetings with the provincial administration
• Prepare presentations for various meetings
• Coordinate correspondence between the Ministry of Health, partners and other ICAP clients
• Document program success stories
• Maintain ICAP’s photo databank
• Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, PR or Communication or equivalent
• Experience in program management
• Strong management and reporting skills
• Excellent IT skills
