Our client a fully integrated machinery supply and support operation business seek to fill the position of RECEPTIONIST. The Job Description is as below:
The main purpose of the job will be to effectively lead, manage and coordinate the Company’s main reception area and to provide close support to our Customers, Suppliers and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:-
• Practical knowledge on use of the telephone systems, and answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• A thorough understanding of computer software such as word, Excel, power point etc.
• Keep custody of important files relating to clients and other correspondences.
• Keep inventory of stationery items and monitor supplies.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Qualification:-
• Over 3 years experience in the same capacity.
• A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
• A diploma in business relation/customer care or Marketing.
