RTI International is seeking Senior Technical Advisor and Technical Advisor candidates with a strong knowledge of health policy and systems strengthening approaches along with expertise in one or more of following areas: HIV/AIDS; TB; Malaria; Health Systems Strengthening; Leadership and Governance; Health Policy; Public-Private Partnerships and; Training and Capacity Building.
(Sr.) Technical Advisor - Applicants must have an advanced degree in public health, medicine, public administration, social sciences, or related field and a minimum of 6-9 years’ hands-on work experience in improving enabling environment in the provision of health services in Kenya or, the region.
Additional expertise in poverty, gender, stigma and discrimination reduction, or human rights will be an added advantage.
RTI is also seeking candidates for the following positions to support an anticipated opportunity in Kenya.
Director of Finance and Operations - Applicants must have a minimum of 12-16 years’ experience in financial management of international donor-funded projects including USAID and, demonstrated experience in implementing USAID policies, rules and regulations.
Masters Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer – Applicant must have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and tracking M&E plans for USAID- and/or PEPFAR-funded programs. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in statistics, public health, or related field required.
