Our client is looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to fill the position of an Account Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas through research
- Delivering events on time and within budget
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint company – account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Provides solutions that meet customer needs and coordinate the involvement of necessary personnel
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years work experience – post campus/senior diploma
- A real ability to learn fast
- Interested in managing new and existing business
Salary range is Ksh 40, 000 – 50, 000 Gross depending on work experience
Additional benefits – commission structure for managing existing business and bringing in new business
