Job Summary: The ideal candidate will present, market and make sales of the various types of paints to clients in the target markets.
 

Responsibilities

• Prepare a sales and marketing plan


• Carry out marketing activities


• Build a sales pipeline


• Carry our market research and advise management on client requirements


• Advise the technical teams


• Get involved in product development


• Prepare and deliver sales pitches


• Meet set sales targets


• Maintain excellent client service


• Manage social media platforms

Requirements

• At least 1 year selling experience (Experience MUST be in selling paint)


• MUST be ready and willing to start work in January 2016 in Mombasa


• Strong proven selling skills


• Excellent communicator


• Good business networking skills


• At least a Bachelor degree or diploma


• Marketing skills

Salary Package

• Basic salary of ksh15,000 per month and ksh2,500 per week for transport


• 5% commission for sales above Ksh300,000 and 8% commission for sales above ksh1million
