30 Positions on Pure Commission Basis

Duties & Responsibilities:

·  Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other forms of media and convert them.

·  Develop “out of the box” sales strategies /models and evaluate their effectiveness.

·  Ensure strong understanding of the company value preposition.

·  Liaise with the External Agents Manager regularly to identify and seal business opportunities.

·  Do thorough real estate marketing intelligence to provide evidence based advise to customers.

·  Support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategy.

·  Build and maintain relationships with clients.

·  Provide regular reports to the External Agents Manager and the management.

Requirements:

·  Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field of study.

·  Must be Computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast.

·  One year experience in Sales, Marketing; Real Estate Sector highly preferred.

·  Must have at least 2000 followers on social media pages.

·  Must be ready to start work immediately.
