Preone Insurance Agencies Ke. Ltd. is hiring in Nairobi and its environs for the role of INSURANCE FINANCIAL ADVISORS We handle Medical Insurance, General Insurance and Life Insurance. The successful candidate(s) will be in charge of procuring both Retail and SME Insurance business. Job holder can work Fulltime or part-time, Onsite or remote

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads


• Manage sales zone allocated to achieve unit set targets.


• Listen to customer needs and identify right products for them, obtain necessary quotes and close sales.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally


• Assist to design, recommend and set short- and long-term unit sales strategies


• Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the unit sales volume.


• Assist the unit manager to recommend product(s) or service(s) enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.


• coordinate with unit manager to ensure covers are placed, Claims are handled, and customer complaints/queries are handled.


• Reports to the Business Unit Manager.

Qualifications

• We offer requisite training.


• Minimum – Diploma in Business or any related field.


• C.o.P compliant or ongoing C.o.P training is an added advantage


• Experience as a sales representative or customer service/excellence agent is an added advantage.


• Experience in Insurance or Insurance sales is desirable
