1. Manager, Brand and Communications
Job Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Regional Sales, the job holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of Brand plans and programs to achieve the Company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
Bachelors’ Degree in a Business related field. (A post-graduate qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage)Consumer understandingBrand equity management and market intelligenceProven track record in executing brand and media communicationsNew product project management skillsSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least five years’ experience in a busy brand/marketing function of a medium to large size organizationStrong in conceptual thinking that connects consumers to a brand2) Manager, Financial Accounting
Job purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, Finance, the job holder will be responsible for implementing accounting and internal controls related to Financial Accounting and Coordinate expenditure and statutory financial reporting activities.
Among others, key responsibilities will be:-
The successful candidate should be a fully qualified accountant (CPA (K), / ACCA or equivalent) and be a member of ICPAK.Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration. A Masters’ Degree or MBA will be an added advantageGood working knowledge of leading ERP systems (Advertiser using SAP EC6 ERP)Sound knowledge in internal controls, treasury, risk, tax and management reportingHands-on experience in a senior accounting position for at least four (4) yearsSelf-driven and result oriented individualA team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills3) Manager, Training & Development
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the job holder will be responsible for the implementation of learning and development plans and activities to achieve the Company’s goals.
Among others, key responsibilities will be:-
