Minimum qualifications and skills:
To ensure effective and efficient operation and maintenance of the schemePlan and administer the day to day maintenance of the schemeSupervise O&M staff in the fieldUndertake technical assessments of the supply system, structures and installationsRecommend measures and systems to be put in place to curb the unaccounted – for – water to the managementEnsure that unaccounted for water is minimised to an acceptable degreeDevelop staff appraisal procedures and submit to the management for approvalPrepare staff performance contractsPreparation of technical and progressive reports to the management on monthly basisMonitoring and evaluationHandwritten applications attached with copies of certificates and testimonials to reach the undersigned on or before 14th October, 2011.
