To develop and implement business development strategies and plans. This will involve working closely with Regional Sales Manager, Regional Service Manager and Technical Sales Manager.Identify new market opportunities and taking a lead in successful business proposals that will secure new contracts and long term client relationships for the organization.Assist in embedding a commercial client service focused approach to all business processes and activities.Support the development of performance standards within the sales and service departments to ensure the service is responsive to and meeting the needs of its customers.Contribute to the development of culture improvement within the organization ¡n order to meet financial and performance targets.Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values.Management of the department’s budget to meet the strategic and operational business plans.BSc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (desirable).
