Responsible for building and maintaining customer relations for customer satisfaction
Customer Care Officer Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare special documents needed by clients for export clearance (NGOs, MOH) e.g. convert SYSPRO generated packing slip, delivery notes and invoices into special MS Excel format for customer satisfaction;
- Receive and screen new clients to facilitate opening of new accounts while maintaining an up-to-date clients’ database
- Coordinate timely and accurate booking and keying in of clients’ orders for customer satisfaction
- Supervise, coach and train Customer Care Assistants;
- Prepare accurate reports for decision making;
Requirements for the Customer Care Officer Job
- Diploma in Pharmacy and Business Related Degree
- At least 3 years proven customer support experience in a busy/demanding environment;
- Experience in working with CRM systems and ERPs;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
